Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build customer-facing and backend applications for Schwab’s Advisor Center Platform. The role emphasizes ownership, delivery focus, and engineering excellence with an emphasis on TDD/BDD and modern CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with technical leads, product owners, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features, write high-quality code, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring scalable, reliable software

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack application development experience
• Experience mentoring junior developers on a team
• Proven experience building web-enabled applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular and .NET/C#

Responsibilities

• Write high‑quality code and perform code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Resolve production issues and ensure reliable delivery.
• Contribute to design decisions and define platform standards.
• Engage with UX research and feedback to align with business outcomes.
