Busey Bank is seeking a Payment Processing Specialist II to manage daily processing of commercial deposit and cash management services, focusing on ACH, Zelle, and FedNow. You will ensure timely file origination, returns, and dispute handling, while supporting enterprise payments teams and maintaining compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in banking ops or enterprise payments, strong risk and fraud controls, and proficiency with Excel/Office.

Qualifikationen

College degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
Minimum of two years in banking operations, treasury or enterprise payment processing.
Experience with payment processing platforms and secure file transmissions.

Aufgaben

Process and maintain ACH, Zelle, and FedNow payments with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform NACHA reviews and monitor ACH violations and return ratios.
Handle disputes, risk monitoring, and fraud detection within regulatory timeframes.
Support payments operations and participate in audits and testing activities.
Maintain documentation and assist with process improvements.
