Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Minimum of two years in banking operations, treasury management services, or enterprise payment processing (ACH, real-time payments such as Zelle or FedNow).
• Experience with payment processing platforms, secure file transmissions, and payment risk management tools preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete quality reviews for setup and maintenance of commercial deposit accounts and enterprise payment services.
• Perform ACH processing reviews, monitor NACHA violations, manage returns, and enforce ACH limit controls.
• Process and maintain enterprise real-time payment transactions through Zelle and FedNow with timely execution and exception management.
• Monitor for potential risk or fraudulent activities using enterprise fraud detection systems and reports.
• Manage payment-related disputes and exceptions per regulatory timeframes and guidelines.
• Maintain records supporting enterprise payment activities per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives related to ACH, FedNow, Zelle, and other platforms.
• Participate in periodic quality audits, operational reviews, and testing activities.
