Responsibilities include reviewing ACH processing, handling real-time payments, fraud monitoring, disputes, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in banking operations, treasury management services, or enterprise payment processing (ACH, real-time payments such as Zelle or FedNow).
• Experience with payment processing platforms, secure file transmissions, and payment risk management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ACH processing reviews, monitoring NACHA violations and return ratios.
• Process and maintain real-time payments via Zelle and FedNow with accurate file execution and exception handling.
• Identify and monitor potential fraud using enterprise fraud detection systems and tools.
• Manage disputes and exceptions with regulatory timeframes and compliance.
• Maintain records supporting enterprise payment activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
