Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a senior enterprise relationship manager to grow and maintain a portfolio of large commercial clients. You will use a consultative selling approach to cross-sell card processing, ACH, fraud mitigation, and POS solutions while ensuring risk, regulatory, and profitability goals are met.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, lead complex engagements, and coordinate with product, operations, and compliance to deliver seamless merchant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 10+ years experience with merchant services or payments for financial technology relationship or sales experience.
• MBA or similar master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain client relationships in an existing portfolio of enterprise level customers through a consultative selling approach to cross-sell value-added services including card processing, ACH, fraud mitigation, POS systems, while meeting risk, regulatory and profitability goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and large account clients, building long-term relationships and delivering strategic payment solutions with ROI to C-level stakeholders.
• Lead complex sales engagements with a consultative approach; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with precision and professionalism.
• Work closely with internal teams including product, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery and support of merchant services.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to proactively advise clients and influence internal strategy.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
