Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Payments Relationship Manager to grow and maintain a portfolio of large commercial clients. You will use a consultative selling approach to cross-sell card processing, ACH, fraud mitigation, and POS solutions, while aligning with risk and profitability goals.

You will collaborate with product, operations and compliance teams to deliver seamless merchant services and provide strategic guidance to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or economics.
• 10+ years experience with merchant services, payments for financial technology relationship or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain client relationships in an existing portfolio of enterprise level customers through consultative selling.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and large account clients, delivering strategic payment solutions.
• Lead complex sales engagements, negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
• Work with product, operations and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of merchant services.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients and influence internal strategy.
