Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years in organization strategy or design.
• Experience in operating model strategy and design.
• Experience in shared services strategy and design.
• Strong client relationship building and management skills.
• Proven ability in value architecture and realization.
• Storytelling with data; ability to persuade with insights.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel 80-100%.

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmap to change.
• Design agile, future-proof enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up with leading methodologies.

• Lead teams in deriving insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships as trusted advisors with a long-term mindset.
