Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to lead the AFCENT enterprise network operations, coordinating technical teams and ensuring performance, service quality, and outage response across NIPRNet/SIPRNet and C2 systems.

You will drive standard operating procedures, monitor end-to-end performance, conduct impact assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain mission-critical communications and IT infrastructure across CONUS/OCONUS deployment support.

Qualifications

• BS in related field and 5+ years relevant IT operations/services management experience, Unix/Linux and Firewall experience.
• Experience with Windows Server installations in host/compute environments and server images.
• HVIT/Networking tools and core distributed network solutions; DNS/DHCP, remote access, storage solutions and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage staff and operations to ensure alignment with AFCENT mission requirements.
• Oversee monitoring, status reporting, and action coordination for the AFCENT enterprise network.
• Provide guidance to technical professionals supporting the AFCENT enterprise network.
• Manage network performance and end-to-end service quality for the network infrastructure.
• Review and analyze end-to-end network performance to maintain QoS.
• Participate in tools/systems selection for network performance and services.
