Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in IT operations with related experience.
• Experience in IT operations and service management.
• Unix/Linux and firewall experience.
• LAN and WAN enterprise support experience.
• Windows Server environments experience.
• Storage, high availability, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
• VCTA/VMware experience.
• CCNP certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage enterprise IT operations and technical staff.
• Oversee monitoring, status reporting, and coordination of enterprise network activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical professionals supporting the enterprise network.
• Manage network performance and end-to-end service quality.
• Analyze network performance and QoS metrics.
• Evaluate network performance and management tools for existing and emerging technologies.
• Develop SOPs for planned and unplanned disruptions.
• Identify potential network disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct operational impact assessments for outages.
• Coordinate authorized service interruptions with stakeholders.
• Track and report planned and unplanned outages.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Provide IT management, networking, and WAN enterprise support.
• Support meetings, briefings, training, and deployments as required.
