Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of LAN, WAN, OT, security, and wireless projects. You will lead a ~20-person team, serve as a key customer liaison, and ensure delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include defining scope and budgets, coordinating with engineers and vendors, driving Kaizen improvements, and reporting status to stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT service delivery, including 3+ years in network project delivery.
• Broad knowledge across networking: routing, switching, WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN), LAN, Wi‑Fi, and network security.
• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change control.
• Delivery experience from requirements through implementation and handover to operations.
• Experience in a manager-level customer-facing role with stakeholder reporting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills; business English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel; interest in Japan or Toyota group is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LAN, WAN, OT networks, network security, and wireless projects; plan, design, build, test, cutover, and handover.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, and risk; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across the delivery team; identify issues early, drive mitigation, escalate when needed.
• Act as the bridge between customer and delivery engineers; translate requirements into deliverables.
• Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery for every project, including change control and budget tracking.
• When outsourcing, select partners, define deliverables and acceptance criteria, and control partner QCD.
• Serve as the primary customer contact with the Service Delivery Manager; run meetings and reports.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Drive Kaizen improvements; standardize processes and templates; coach team members.
