Job summary

Manifest OS is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to own a select set of Fortune 500 immigration programs and partner with global mobility, HR, and legal teams. You will drive end-to-end program health, KPI tracking, and quarterly reviews.

You will forecast high-volume cycles (H-1B, PERM, green cards), manage escalations, and coordinate onboarding with Manifest Law attorneys. This fast-moving role shapes program strategy and client outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in global mobility, ideally leading immigration programs at a Fortune 500 company or top immigration firm.
Strong understanding of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) and mobility strategy.
Strategic view of mobility beyond case filing, with experience managing external counsel or vendors.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts.
Serve as primary liaison among client mobility, HR, talent, attorneys, and operations.
Build relationships with executive stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
Define and track KPIs and SLAs, including timelines, approvals, experience, and spend.
Lead quarterly and executive reviews with clear performance reporting.
Forecast and plan for high-volume cycles like H-1B cap, PERM, and green cards.
Manage escalations and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
Lead onboarding and transitions for new programs with legal support.
Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into program decisions.
Identify process improvements to move programs from reactive to proactive.
Feed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape roadmap.
