Job summary

Manifest OS is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to own a small number of our largest Fortune 500 immigration programs. You will be the strategic partner to global mobility teams, bridging the client, our attorneys, and our operations group to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver measurable value.

You will own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 accounts, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, define KPIs/SLAs, and lead quarterly reviews while forecasting for

Qualifications

10+ years in global mobility, ideally leading immigration programs at a Fortune 500 company or top immigration firm.
Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, green cards) and how they connect to mobility strategy.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams, and liaison between client, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations.
