Manifest OS seeks an Enterprise Program Manager to own high-impact immigration programs for a select set of Fortune 500 clients. You will partner with global mobility, HR, and legal teams, and coordinate with Manifest Law attorneys and operations to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global mobility or immigration program leadership.
• Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, green cards).
• Strategic view of mobility functions beyond case filing.
• Experience managing outside counsel or vendor relationships with SLA accountability.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for scaling complex programs.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Proficiency with immigration case management systems, CRM tools, and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams and liaise between client, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations.
• Build trusted relationships with Heads of Mobility, VPs, and executive stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
• Define and track program KPIs and SLAs, including case timelines, approval rates, employee experience, and spend.
• Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with reporting on performance and trends.
• Forecast and plan for high-volume cycles like H-1B, PERM, green card pipelines, and annual extension waves.
• Manage escalations and drive resolutions across internal teams.
• Lead onboarding and transitions for new programs with our attorneys' support.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable program decisions.
• Identify process improvements to move programs from reactive to proactive.
• Feed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape roadmap.
