Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mobile Device Support Specialist to support the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance contract at Hunter Army Airfield, GA. You will provision, manage, and troubleshoot end-user mobile devices and peripherals, maintain security configurations, and coordinate device lifecycles for USSOCOM users.

The role involves training customers, managing help desk tickets, integrating new mobile technologies, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Education and experience levels specified: HS diploma with 12 years, Associate with 10, Bachelor with 8, Master with 6 years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 441 - Network Operations Specialist- Intermediate or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Mobile Device Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manages, maintains, and tracks end user mobile devices and peripherals.
• Configures and maintains mobile devices per DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Assist in drafting mobile device policies and procedures, and troubleshoot devices.
• Interface with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
• Maintain device utilization history and lifecycle management.
• Configure and enroll client devices with approved firmware and security updates.
• Provide user guidance and training on enterprise mobile devices.
• Escalate tickets to Tier 3 support when necessary.
