Qualifications

• Experience configuring/maintaining mobile devices per DoD policies.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms and DISA services.

Responsibilities

• Provisions, manages, maintains, and tracks end user mobile devices.
• Configures and maintains mobile devices per DoD policies and STIGs.
• Maintains device configurations and policy control across networks.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and provides logistical support for mobile devices.
• Interfaces with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
• Manage and resolve trouble tickets using the corporate ticketing system.
