Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end programs within our Customer Success organization. You will guide enterprise migrations to the Chronosphere platform through collaboration with executives, architects, and engineers.

You will build playbooks, manage a portfolio of implementations, and mentor junior team members while applying agile methodologies and modern tooling across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical domains or organizations with a strong technical foundation.
• 4+ years as Delivery Manager/Program Manager orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct experience in customer-facing technical functions guiding enterprise clients through platform transitions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior engineering and executive leadership without direct authority.
• Analytical approach to delivery with metrics, forecasting, and data-backed tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Migrations: lead onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end.
• Scope & Plan Frameworks: gather requirements and map tailored migration paths.
• Deconstruct Complex Projects: break down initiatives, identify risks, and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Communicate with Impact: translate technical goals and risks for all stakeholders.
• Scale & Streamline: analyse delivery metrics, reduce manual steps, boost velocity.
• Build the Migration Playbook: create standardized templates and engagement frameworks.
• Forecast & Manage Portfolio Health: monitor active implementations and resource capacity.
• Champion PM Best Practices: mentor teams and standardize PM practices across CS.
