Job summary

Lila Sciences is seeking an Enterprise Account Lead, Materials in the United States to define how Fortune 500 energy, manufacturing, and materials companies engage with the world's first platform for scientific superintelligence.

You will own and grow a portion of the physical sciences revenue pipeline, collaborating across product, science, GTM, software, and leadership to translate AI-driven capabilities into signed enterprise contracts.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in a client-facing role where you owned outcomes for customers.
• Experience in BD, enterprise sales, management consulting, customer success, or applied science.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a high-quality pipeline with clear revenue targets.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across R&D, platform/technology, data/AI, and business leadership.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and deal records for leadership.
• Engage with physical sciences buyers and articulate Lila's fit in their R&D stack.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts end-to-end and drive account planning.
