Lila Sciences in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Enterprise Account Lead, Life Sciences to define how top pharma and biotech customers engage with our platform for scientific superintelligence. You will own a portion of the life sciences revenue pipeline, manage multi-stakeholder engagements across R&D, BD/licensing, IT, and ensure deals move from discovery to close.

This is a revenue-focused, individual-contributor role blending product, science, and GTM.

Qualifications

• Experience owning outcomes for customers in pharma/biotech enterprise settings.
• Strong stakeholder management across R&D, BD/licensing, IT and product teams.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-quarter sales cycles with technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a qualified pipeline against revenue targets from lead to close.
• Lead complex sales cycles across discovery, platform, data/AI, and licensing.
• Own pharma accounts end-to-end, with executive relationships and renewal planning.
• Open new doors across biotech to shape a repeatable mid-market motion.
• Coordinate with product, science, and leadership to scope high-value engagements.
