Blue Shield of California is seeking a Project Manager, Principal to lead a complex enterprise mandate and support the Enterprise Mandates Delivery team. The role blends direct mandate delivery with portfolio governance, data validation, and reporting to drive regulatory initiatives across the organization.

You will guide process and tool improvements, manage risks, and foster knowledge sharing, continuity planning, and alignment with Planview, Archer, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS with 4+ years of relevant experience; master's preferred.
• At least 10 years leading complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience in portfolio and project management in regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for governance and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and automation in operations.

• Lead a complex enterprise regulatory mandate with cross-functional teams.
• Support portfolio governance, data validation, reporting, and process/tool improvements.
• Escalate risks and promote knowledge sharing and business continuity planning.
