Blue Shield of California is seeking a Project Manager, Principal to lead a complex enterprise regulatory mandate and support the Enterprise Mandates Delivery team. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Business, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet mandated deadlines and budgets.

In this role, you will oversee portfolio governance, data validation, and reporting across Planview, Archer, and SharePoint, while promoting knowledge sharing and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in regulated health care environments preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and automation.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise regulatory mandate delivery with end-to-end responsibility.
• Lead portfolio governance, data validation, and reporting.
• Manage scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor project team members and drive knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
• Establish governance standards across Planview, Archer, and SharePoint.
