Job summary

Blue Shield of CA seeks a Project Manager Consultant to own complex initiatives from initiation to delivery within the Enterprise Mandates Delivery team. You will actively manage risks, dependencies, and project financials to meet compliance objectives in a hybrid in-office setting.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, healthcare payer knowledge, and PMP Planview/Microsoft 365 skills. You will collaborate with on‑shore and off‑shore staff and report to the Senior Manager while aligning

Qualifications

7+ years of direct Project Management experience, preferably within healthcare payer operations.
Experience with healthcare mandates and regulatory projects.
Experience with project financial planning and reconciliation.
Experience using Agile methodologies in corporate environments.
Experience working with on-shore and off-shore staff.
PMP certification and Planview software familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Own complex projects from initiation through delivery, actively managing execution, risks, dependencies, and project financials.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance objectives are met.
Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the full project lifecycle.
Report progress and budgeting for on-shore and off-shore staff.
