Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for governance communications.
Experience with AI tools such as copilots, automation, and optimization.
Proficiency with Planview, Archer, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Archer experience is a plus.
Ability to influence and lead teams through change and transformation.
