Job summary

This role supports an enterprise mandates delivery program with hybrid in-office collaboration two days per week and a focus on transitioning projects to operational owners. Strong leadership and agile delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare payer operations
• Hands-on experience with project financial planning and reconciliation
• Experience with healthcare mandates (Commercial, Individual, Family, Medicare, Medi-Cal)
• Experience with Agile delivery in corporate environments
• PMP Certification and Planview/Microsoft 365 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Take hands-on ownership of complex projects from initiation through delivery
• Actively manage execution, risks, dependencies, and project financials
• Oversee implementation through full project lifecycle, including transition to operational owners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance objectives
