Job summary

Verizon Communications seeks a Senior Manager in Program & Project Management to guide cross-functional teams through complex order lifecycles, from pre-sales to post-sales escalations, optimizing processes and velocity.

The role emphasizes SME leadership, governance, and collaboration with Sales, Order Management, and Billing to maximize revenue realization across Wireline segments. Hybrid work and travel optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise technology program or project management experience.
• Experience in a Verizon Business Group sales support, order management, or PM role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and multi-task complex information.
• Proficiency with Flow 360, VE-CRM, ProQuest, GCT and SFDC.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• PMP Certification or Technology Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Order Management, Service Management, and Billing to drive revenue realization.
• Leverage expertise in Wireline products and systems to drive process development and lifecycle management.
• Create and manage complex dashboards to track KPIs.
• Provide strategic system and process training and feedback to improve workflows.
• Manage high-priority escalations and program readouts with stakeholders.
