Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager in Program & Project Management to lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Order Management, Service Management, and Billing. You will oversee the full order lifecycle from pre-sales through post-sales escalations, driving velocity and minimizing friction.

You will leverage expertise in Wireline products and systems, build dashboards to monitor KPIs, and train teams to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Technology managing large programs or projects.
• Experience in a Verizon Business Group (VBG) sales support, order management, or project management role.
• Proficiency with VBG Enterprise tools and systems (Flow 360, VE-CRM, ProQuest, GCT, SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue realization.
• Oversee full order lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales with minimal friction.
• Create and manage complex dashboards to track KPIs.
• Provide system and process training and optimize workflows.
• Manage high-priority escalations and program readouts.
