Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. leads the networks technology initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will partner with the Verizon account team to drive strategic programs, manage cross-functional delivery, and ensure successful launch of new wireless solutions.

The role requires deep program management experience, strong communication with executives, and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Based in Plano, TX with travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience with large service providers (e.g., Verizon).
• 8+ years of technical experience in wireless telecommunications.
• Deep knowledge of wireless networks (Macro Cells, Small Cells, Packet Core).
• Strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems.
• Manage technical programs including FOAs and trials.
• Establish strong relationships with engineering, sales, and product teams within Samsung.
• Manage cross-functional teams to enable the launch of new solutions/software packages.
