Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager of Leadership Development to design and execute enterprise programs for leaders across the organization. You’ll build a ready-now and future-ready leadership pipeline, align development with succession, and partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to drive impact.

You will oversee a team of about five professionals, deliver experiential, digital-first learning, and continuously measure outcomes to inform strategy and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in leadership development and talent development roles.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to influence and shape leadership development strategy for a large enterprise.
• Experience with instructional design, facilitation, measurement and impact.
• Experience aligning leadership development with succession, mobility and talent reviews.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Analytical use of talent data and business metrics to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise leadership strategy, vision and governance across levels.
• Translates business priorities into focused development programs with measurable outcomes.
• Designs on-the-job experiences, rotations, coaching and mentoring embedded in work.
• Leads scalable program execution and facilitates sessions for executives and directors.
• Measures readiness, promotion, mobility and business impact; reports to senior stakeholders.
