Job summary
Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Leadership Development to design and execute the leadership development strategy across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders, manage a team of about five professionals, and deliver scalable programs that drive readiness, succession, and business impact.
In this role you will facilitate executive sessions, apply instructional design and analytics, and align development with transformation priorities and AI-enabled learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in leadership development, talent development, organizational development, or related field.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience facilitating for senior executives and directors.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, measurement, and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise leadership development strategy, governance, and priority setting across levels.
- Identify high-potential leaders and strengthen pipeline and successor readiness.
- Execute enterprise leadership programming at scale and facilitate executive sessions.
- Define measures of impact and connect results to business outcomes.
- Lead a team of ~5 professionals and partner with HR, operating companies, and external providers.
