Job summary

State of Wyoming’s Enterprise Technology Services is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to act as a trusted advisor and liaison across multiple state agencies. This role translates agency needs into strategic IT initiatives, drives cross-agency collaboration, and champions shared services to improve service delivery for Wyoming residents.

The Senior BRM will shape multi-year technology roadmaps, ensure governance and security compliance, and oversee IT investments to maximize value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years progressive work experience in enterprise technology management.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks and enterprise architecture is preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership including CFOs or cabinet-level officials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between ETS and assigned agencies, aligning business needs with enterprise technology strategy.
• Advise agency leadership and translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Co-develop multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with statewide priorities.
