Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to ensure strategic alignment of business projects with IT and Compliance. The BRM will act as a liaison to foster productive relationships, relay customer needs to IT, and support IT leadership in advancing the technology agenda while complying with regulatory programs.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience in program management, strategic planning, and healthcare IT landscapes, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of Information Systems experience with a strong background in program management, program development, program evaluation, strategic planning, program operations and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required; in lieu of the degree, four additional years of relevant work experience accepted; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align business project requests with IEHP strategic goals and IT plans.
• Serve as liaison between business, Compliance, and IT to relay customer needs and ensure alignment.
• Foster productive, value-producing relationships and drive customer satisfaction with IT services.
• Support IT Strategic Programs leadership to advance technology agenda and regulatory initiatives.
• Ensure projects, work plans, and initiatives are implemented to meet business goals.
