Job summary

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is seeking an Enterprise Technology Architect Senior to develop and advance enterprise architecture strategies, standards, roadmaps, and governance processes across security, infrastructure, network, application, and enterprise technology domains.

The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, drive innovation, reduce technical debt, and support enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Computer Engineering or related field; five years' related experience in lieu of degree considered.
• PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, HITRUST or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Five years of IT architecture experience required.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security architecture, ITSM processes, and disaster recovery preferred.

• Collaborates with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals.
• Defines and delivers effective technology solutions across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Communicates architectural strategies and guidelines to technical and non-technical audiences and facilitates consensus.
• Creates and maintains reference architectures, design patterns, and architectural guidelines across domains.
• Leads security architecture and governance initiatives and supports enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and security controls to provide business value.
• Identifies and mitigates architectural risks related to security, privacy, compliance, and resiliency.
