Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior IT Development Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise software that aligns with business objectives and technology strategy. You will provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

In this role, you will advocate Agile and DevOps practices, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers while coordinating across global teams and partners to deliver critical corporate systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of software development experience with a strong Microsoft stack.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments.
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
• Serve as a technical leader responsible for application architecture, integration strategies, and best practices.
• Drive development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Establish priorities, manage timelines, and ensure delivery aligned with IT strategy.
• Guide DevOps adoption, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Evaluate systems and recommend modernization initiatives and new technologies.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of supported applications.
• Lead Agile delivery practices and coordinate across global teams and partners.
