Job summary
KBR is seeking a Senior IT Development Lead for Corporate Systems to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software aligning with architectural standards and modern practices. The role requires leadership across global teams, focus on the Microsoft stack, and strong Agile/DevOps emphasis.
The ideal candidate will drive architecture, integration strategies, and delivery excellence, mentoring teams while ensuring high availability and scalable solutions for enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with emphasis on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments.
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across development teams and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, CI/CD, and DevOps adoption across projects.
- Coordinate development across global teams, vendors, and technology partners.
- Mentor and develop developers, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
