Job summary

Radancy seeks an Enterprise Senior Integration Engineer to design, build, validate, and support integrations across Workday and other talent platforms. You will partner with implementation, product, engineering, and customer teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable integrations.

You will lead technical design, drive patterns for reuse, and ensure security, privacy, and performance are built into every solution. Expect a hybrid model with 3 in-office days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise application integrations.
• Deep experience with enterprise ATS/CRM/HISR platforms; strong Workday integration experience.
• Strong REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and security knowledge.
• Ability to produce clear designs, mappings, runbooks and test plans.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Document source/target systems, data flows, mappings, security requirements.
• Design secure, scalable integration architectures using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and test plans.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Guide implementation and engineering teams through customer scenarios.
• Develop reusable patterns and reference architectures.
