Job summary

MMD Services seeks a Senior Workato Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations across a diverse application landscape. You will build scalable, secure integrations between Workday, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other platforms using Workato's automation capabilities.

The role is hybrid in Oak Brook, IL, near Chicago, with a focus on integration architecture, APIs, data transformation, security, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Workato integration development.
• 7+ years of overall integration, middleware, or enterprise application development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating Workday, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Azure/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, and other data integration formats.
• Proficiency in API development and integration patterns.
• Experience with authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and Single Sign-On.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Workato platform.
• Build and maintain Workato recipes, workflows, custom connectors, APIs, and reusable integration components.
• Develop real-time, event-driven, and batch integrations across cloud and on-premises applications.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
