Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• 3+ years roadmapping strategy and definition.
• 3+ years delivering programs in large-scale, globally distributed environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure or SaaS product teams; AWS experience a plus.
• Ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
• 2+ years working on AI/ML programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-stakes programs simultaneously.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive strategies to keep programs on track.
• Balance business priorities with technical constraints and align stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership on how applications are built and integrated into AWS.
