Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale—from customer demand signals through manufacturing, shipping and site landing.

You will lead across supply chain, network engineering, and program execution, driving delivery across multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely outcomes. This role rewards initiative, structured problem solving, and clear leadership communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams from order through site installation.
• Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers — proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
• Build and maintain mechanisms that make delivery health visible and actionable (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs).
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling.
