Job summary

PackageX is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Implementation & Value Realization to lead complex enterprise customer implementations, drive adoption, capture measurable value, and operationalize the PackageX platform. This senior, customer-facing role bridges technical implementation, program management, and strategic account execution.

You will work with executives and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, manage timelines, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes with PackageX,

Qualifications

• Senior-level, enterprise customer delivery experience.
• Strong program management across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics or supply chain domains.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate signed commitments into structured implementation plans.
• Lead multi-customer implementations with go-live and adoption milestones.
• Drive execution across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Capture ROI, value realization, and customer evidence.
• Develop implementation playbooks and improve post-sales execution.
