Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or implementation management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise software deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract handoff to go-live.
• Partner closely with client and internal teams to align delivery.
• Guide clients through organizational changes for successful go-live.

Skills

Experience implementing software within government agencies, court systems, or the legal sector

Background collaborating with software development teams

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification

Experience managing multi-site or multi-jurisdiction rollouts

Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments
