Job summary

Front seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager to join the Success Services team in the US. You will lead Front’s most complex customer implementations across onboarding, expansion, workflow transformation, migration, and adoption of new capabilities.

You will be the customer’s primary implementation partner and a senior advisor, translating processes into scalable Front workflows, establishing the project operating model, and driving value realization across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing SaaS implementations or complex transformations.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end implementations across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong consultative and systems-thinking skills to define practical future states.
• Excellent project leadership including scope, timeline, governance and risk management.
• Demonstrated change-management experience from mapping stakeholders to enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-workstream implementations from discovery to value realization.
• Advise on future-state workflows, operating models, governance, and change.
• Build and drive clear project plans, cadences, risk registers and executive updates.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover goals, gaps, constraints, and success criteria.
• Design solutions involving permissions, data flows, migrations, APIs, and webhooks; engage specialists as needed.
• Lead change management, enablement, cutover, and adoption strategies.
• Navigate escalations with calm judgment and align stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Support to define scope and unblock blockers.
• Create reusable assets, playbooks, and templates for delivery improvements.
• Mentor teams and share knowledge to strengthen the organization.
• Represent customer voice in product and operational decisions.
