Job summary

Brightflag is hiring a Lead Implementation Consultant on the Professional Services team to own end-to-end implementations for large, complex enterprise clients. You will configure the Brightflag platform, drive data migration strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating major operational changes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure go-live is followed by long-term success, health, and strong adoption across US enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to requirements gathering and staying structured in understanding customer needs.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset; proactive in seeking information and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex structures.
• Act as the customer's trusted guide through the implementation.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, managing priorities and risks.
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure the platform to meet enterprise scale and security needs.
• Develop and own the data migration strategy for large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations.
• Define success metrics with the Customer Success Manager.
• Ensure enterprise needs are met for growth, adoption and satisfaction.
