Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to guide end-to-end deployment of our software and hardware solutions at enterprise clients. You will lead installations, configurations, testing, and troubleshooting on-site, collaborating with PMs, sales, and clients to define scope and deliverables.

The role requires 4+ years in implementation, strong networking and database knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technical implementation or a related field.
• Experience deploying and configuring enterprise software.
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) and databases knowledge.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of NCR Voyix solutions at client sites.
• Collaborate with PMs, sales, and clients to define scope and plans.
• Conduct discovery to understand client infra and integrate solutions.
• Provide expert-level support during implementation and training.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guides.
• Mentor junior specialists and participate in pre-sales demonstrations.
