Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead high-touch, complex onboarding for enterprise or multi-unit restaurant clients. You will partner with PMs, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to design tailored plans addressing workflows and integrations, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation.
• Experience managing complex, high-touch implementations.
• Deep understanding of multiple product lines and integrations.

• Conduct advanced discovery sessions across multi-location workflows.
• Deliver expert-level training (virtual or onsite) for varied audiences.
