Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Principal Implementation Consultant in Maitland, Florida; Livonia, MI; or Roseland, NJ. You will lead complex enterprise implementations, building trustful relationships and ensuring long-term client success after a sale.

You will analyze client needs, map existing systems to WorkForce solutions, design effective HR technology implementations, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years of experience in software implementations.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for international travel.
• Hybrid work model familiarity for associates near ADP/WorkForce offices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create onboarding experiences for each implementation.
• Analyze client systems, interfaces and processes to map to WorkForce solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, support and client project teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and communicate critical updates to clients and teams.
