Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Principal Implementation Consultant in Maitland, Florida; Livonia, MI; or Roseland, NJ.

As a Principal Implementation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through complex HR technology deployments, onboard and enable users, and partner with sales and support teams to ensure success across Fortune 500 accounts. You will build relationships with clients and drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in software implementations.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international) and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients with exceptional onboarding experiences for each implementation.
• Implement WorkForce Software technologies by analyzing systems and processes and incorporating new approaches.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams and communicate priorities and issues to the client project team.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share information with clients and ADP teams.
