Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead revenue growth with top healthcare customers and enterprise partners. You will influence executive decision-makers, shape long-term customer strategy, and drive multi-year hospital system initiatives across designated geographies.

You will build cross-functional teams, manage complex opportunities, and leverage DBS tools to improve win rates and market share in corporate healthcare accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales and enterprise account experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, academic medical centers, or complex enterprise healthcare customers.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives within complex healthcare organizations and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise opportunities, system-wide agreements, RFPs, or multi-year health system growth strategies.
