Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, is seeking a Sr Client Executive to lead revenue growth within national accounts from a remote U.S.-based base. You will manage executive relationships, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities across HCM, Insurance, SaaS, and benefits administration.

You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage Salesforce, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solution strategies with their business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS or Healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with National Accounts in strategic selling or customer service.
• Ability to build partnerships and lead via influence in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to convey complex messages and present to VP level.
• Data-driven storytelling to drive sales outcomes.

• Retains clients and expands services within accounts.
