Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in enterprise software.
• Proven track record of expanding accounts and selling across business units.
• Fluent in English and able to articulate business value of complex tech.
• Able to co-sell with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large GSIs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into CTOs and IT leaders.
• Grow base of existing MongoDB customers with new workloads.
• Manage full sales cycle for MongoDB products and services.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships.
• Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari using tools.
