Job summary

ODOT is seeking an experienced Enterprise GIS Administrator/Engineer to support the Information Technology – 3rd Party Application Support Team. The role focuses on administering Esri ArcGIS enterprise environments, securing access, and integrating GIS with other enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will manage ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro, while developing automated workflows and maintaining thorough documentation for enterprise-scale GIS infrastructure.

Qualifications

Esri administration, Enterprise SDE Geodatabase, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro – 6 Years
Esri Experience Builder – 6 Years
REST services with ArcGIS Server – 6 Years
Python scripts for GIS administration and automation – 6 Years
Enterprise ArcGIS integrations – 6 Years

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer and upgrade ArcGIS enterprise technologies.
Monitor GIS infrastructure and troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.
Design and support new GIS environments based on requirements.
Document system architecture, configurations, integrations and use cases.
Automate GIS administration and ETL workflows.
Ensure security with least-privilege access and RBAC.
Provide guidance for integrating ArcGIS with other systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot ArcGIS Collector environments.
Research new GIS tech and assess applicability.
Develop and troubleshoot REST services with ArcGIS Server.
