Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking an experienced GIS Systems Engineer to install and manage enterprise ArcGIS environments, including ArcGIS Server, Portal, and SDE geodatabases. You will help automate GIS tasks, monitor infrastructure, and ensure security policy compliance across environments.

The role requires deep ESRI administration knowledge, experience with REST services, Python scripting, and enterprise system integrations. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years ESRI administration including Enterprise SDE geodatabase and ArcGIS Server.
• 6+ years Experience with ESRI Experience Builder.
• 6+ years REST services with ArcGIS Server.
• 6+ years Python scripting for GIS apps.
• 6+ years system integrations of ArcGIS in enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Install enterprise GIS software including ArcServer, ESRI Enterprise, SDE geodatabase, Portal, Web Adaptors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot GIS infrastructure.
• Document architecture, scope, and new environment builds.
• Automate ETLs and GIS administration tasks.
• Ensure environments comply with IT security policies.
• Advise on GIS system integrations.
• Maintain ArcGIS Collector environments.
• Report project and team metrics to management.
